TPM participated in Ajman Marina Workshop in London

On August 6th & 7th 2007, TPM participated in the workshop for Ajman Marina master plan in London hosted by HOK the master planning consultant. The workshop discussed the progress of works on master plan toward final stages where the major features and core elements were to take shape.

His highness Sheikh Humaid Al Nuaimi the Ruler of Emirate of Ajman, His highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al-Nuaimi the Chairman of the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department of Emirate of Ajman, and Mr. Suleiman Al Majed the Chairman of Tanmiyat Group which is the concession developer of the project attended the conclusion part of the workshop and they received a briefed presentation by Mr. Ali Al Rakban the Chief Executive Officer of TPM about the workshop and the project statues

Ajman Marina is a waterfront development occupies more than 26 Hectare of plot comprising an added reclaimed land. It will make available for the prospective dwellers about 9,000 residential units, together within an urban realm of retail and leisure facilities of immediate water interface. 
The project residential, retail, leisure, office, and hotel components capitalize on the spectacular water views throughout the project and successfully integrate with the hospitality and public domains. It will also add a nucleus development with truly urban lifestyle within the heart of Ajman city.

TPM is handling the tasks of being the client representative and project manager for this remarkable development. TPM is now managing the full processes of completing the final design stages through providing critical decision-making support and a coordination platform for all teams and partners to maintain the project objectives achieved in the most efficient way
