May 2010: TPM appointed by MMI as Project Managers on the Ribat AlBahr project in Nouakchott, Mauritania.

Ribat AlBahr is a 675 hectare mixed use development to the North of Nouakchott and will comprise of Villas, Townhouses, Apartments, Hotels, Offices, Mosques,  




January 2011: TPM in a joint venture with Hill International appointed as Project Managers on Al Manafie Towers in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

The project was awarded by Al Manafie Real Estate Co. to provide project management services during the design and construction of Al Manafie Towers, a mixed-use development



TPM Engineering Consultancies was established in 2006 in the United Arab Emirates to provide professional services to real estate project developments. TPM provides professional high standard project management services utilising the different expertise of it’s professional staff and aims to be exemplary in the field of project management at all stages of the project.
